We know you want to bring your pets along with you on your camping adventures and we couldn’t agree more. Your pets are part of the family and they enjoy the campground as much as you do. There are a few things we’ve seen through the years that will help make the trip easier on you and your fur-kids so we wanted to mention them here.
Be sure to pack their medications. Especially if they have allergies because you may find they are alergic to some of the plants that grow naturally here vs. the ones you are used to at home. Of course, bringing their collars and leashes is important. Making sure they are on a leash when walking will go a long way in keeping them safe from running away.
Be sure to carry their vaccination records with you. You never know when you’ll need to make a trip to a vet while you are traveling. And it’s a good idea to bring their favorite beds and toys from home. These items will help them feel at home no matter where you go.
Your dogs will love going for a walk with you and exploring new sounds and smells around the campground. Your cat will enjoy an outdoor cage and watching kids run by and birds whistling in the trees.
We love that people bring their pets and we want their stay to be as enjoyable as yours is.
